Having purchased a Laptop or Desktop modem:

1. Record the unique 15 digit UTID number on the back of every modem.
2. Run CD included in each box which installs the necessary drivers as well as takes customer to the online order form from which can select from the variety of packages available.
3. Insert Laptop modem into PCMCIA slot or connect Desktop modem through USB or Ethernet cable.
4. Fill out the Chilli online order form with Credit Card details as well as the UTID
5. You’re online!
